Passion Play combines New Jack Swing with Funk and Electronica to deliver an album that is unlike any other. It is a concept album that describes the story of finding faith and one’s place in the world.

The album begins with “Faithless”, a hard-hitting introduction followed by the synth-driven “On The Run”. The album gradually shifts towards a raw atmosphere with the introduction of “Be Together”, “Vendetta” and “Blood on the Sand” with 90s influences. Tracks such as “What’s It Gonna Be” and “Lost in Translation” expand on the funk territory.

The album primarily uses the Korg M1 and synths such as Sylenth1 and Nexus.
